Electrostatic Powder Coating Services

Durable, High-Resistance, and Aesthetic Finishes for Industrial Metal Parts & Structures.

Advanced Metal Protection Against Corrosion & Wear

Electrostatic powder coating provides an engineered, highly resilient, and protective finish that shields metal surfaces from impacts, scratches, corrosion, and chemical exposure. Beyond superior structural durability, this modern technology delivers a flawless, uniform surface texture—available in smooth, matte, or specialized textures.

LaserSpike delivers professional powder coating solutions across a diverse market spectrum, including architectural metalwork, urban furniture, structural enclosures, automotive components, electrical enclosures, heavy industrial machinery, and HVAC equipment. Containing zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs), this process is fully eco-friendly and sustainable.

The 3-Step Process

Surface Pretreatment

Removing oils, grease, rust, mill scale, and weld spatter is the most critical step for optimal powder adhesion. Utilizing customized chemical treatments and mechanical cleaning tailored to material constraints, LaserSpike ensures a perfectly decontaminated substrate before coating.

Electrostatic Application

Dry polymer resin particles and pigments are electrostatically charged via specialized spray guns. Directed by low-velocity air, the particles bond tightly to the grounded metal part through electrostatic attraction, creating a uniform, continuous layer with an engineered thickness of 50 to 120 microns across complex geometries.

Oven Curing

The coated components enter industrial curing ovens at tightly regulated temperatures (typically 180°C to 200°C). The powder melts, flows, and chemically cross-links to form a tough, continuous polymer skin. Strict monitoring of dwell times and thermal distribution guarantees a defect-free, long-lasting finish.
