Industrial Welding, Finishing & Assembly Services

System Integration, Complex Metal Assemblies, and Precision Testing to Global Standards

Transforming Sub-Components into Robust Structural Assemblies

The true integration of sheet metal fabrication reaches its peak in the welding and assembly phase. At LaserSpike, our highly skilled technicians and engineering teams transform processed and bent components into complex industrial enclosures, chassis, and heavy-duty frame systems. Adhering to strict dimensional controls during system integration guarantees outstanding reliability and identical volume repeatability.

Our facility delivers a comprehensive range of arc and resistance welding processes for both carbon and stainless steel sheets. This includes certified TIG (Argon), MIG/MAG (CO2), FCAW (Flux-Cored), and Spot Welding services tailored for high-spec industrial applications. For volume production, our engineering department designs custom welding fixtures to mitigate thermal distortion, ensuring structural alignment across every assembly.

Finishing & Post-Weld Processing

Precision System Integration

Beyond welding, we offer multi-faceted assembly solutions using advanced hardware integration, including riveting, high-tensile bolting, industrial structural adhesives, tapping, and mechanical edge-seaming, delivering completely integrated, ready-to-test systems.

Grinding & Deburring

To achieve exact final dimensions and eliminate hazardous sharp edges left by machining or punching, all parts undergo engineered deburring. By optimizing clearance parameters during piercing and laser cutting, we minimize burr formation at the source, utilizing calibrated equipment to secure smooth, safe edge profiles.

Post-Weld Blending & Polishing

Post-weld, all joints undergo meticulous blending and surface leveling. Using specialized tools—including heavy-duty abrasive belt grinders, die grinders, and pneumatic orbital sanders with fine-grade discs—our finishing team blends weld beads completely flush with the parent metal, achieving uniform, brushed, or mirror-polished surfaces on high-end stainless steel enclosures.
